Dr. Shao Received his M.S. degree in theoretical physics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1999 and his Ph.D. degree in Systems Analysis and Integration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2003. In 1999, he also joined the School of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, as a Teaching Assistant. He is presently a Professor in the School of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. His research is about General Relativity and Experimental Gravitational Physics. In the past few years, his work includes: Tests of the Gravitational Inverse-Square Law, Measurement of the Newtonian Gravitational Constant G, Searching for Lorentz violation, and applications of atom gravimeter.
