Research Interests: Developing instruments for precision gravity measurements

 

Prof. Liu gratuated from Beijing Institute of Technology in1990, and received his Ph.D. degree in Natural Science from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2004. During 2004-2006, he worked in the Institute of Solid Physics, University of Tokyo, as a JSPS Postdoctoral Researcher. He is presently a Professor in the School of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. In the past years he has carried out a series of research programs granted by MOST and NSFC, and the amount of funding obtained is more than 10 Million RMB. Prof. Liu also actively cooperates with the researchers around the world. His current research interests focus on developing instruments for precision gravity measurements.
