Dr. Yao was specially appointed Chair Professor of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), the Chief Scientist of Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center. He was committee member of the Math and Phys. Division , China National Science Foundation and committee member of National Key Labs Evaluation. Now he is the expert committee member of China Thirteenth Five Year’s Plan (2016-2020) for Frontier Research Based on China large infrastructures.
