I. Objectives

a. Master the basic theories and systematic professional knowledge. Grasp one foreign language and be proficient in professional reading and basic academic writing.

b. Cultivate rigorous and practical scientific attitude. Grasp the basic methodology and technical skills of scientific research. Possess the ability to undertake scientific research in the specialty field.

c. Be qualified for teaching of the specialty or related specialties, or engineering work or related scientific managerial work.
